UAE Embassy Attestation Process
Process 01
1. Firstly the document will be attested by the State Level Attestation (HRD)
2. Secondly the document will be Attested by Ministry of External Affairs
3. Finally the document will be Attested by the UAE Embassy in India
Process 02
1. Firstly the document will be attested by the Home Department, Maharashtra (Maharashtra Mantralaya)
2. Secondly the document will be Attested by Ministry of External Affairs
3. Finally the document will be Attested by the UAE Embassy in India
Note:
It could take twelve to thirteen working days(Embassy not open Saturday & Sunday/Government Holidays also) to complete the process.
UAE Embassy Attestation
When an Indian employee goes abroad like UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman or any other gulf country for job his/her educational degrees and certificates has to be attestation and authenticated by that country’s embassy or consulate in India. There is large number of Indians working in GCC countries – Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Kingdom Saudi Arabia (KSA), and United Arab Emirates (UAE) it is legal requirement for workers and employees to attest their documents in corresponding foreign embassy or consulate in Delhi/Mumbai. For Embassy/consulate attestation, original document needs to be embassy attestation or stamped or authenticated department of home affairs / Department of Human Resource / Notary public of states where these documents issued and thereafter from Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi.
Certificate Attestation Process for UAE Embassy
For Embassy attestation, original documents like degrees, certificates, power of attorney or any other document has to be attested first from the regional authentication center/ Department of Human Resource from the issuing state of document, Ministry of External Affairs, India & UAE Embassy (New Delhi)/ UAE Consulate (Mumbai)
